Hurricane Panel Punch Shear

Base model is equipped as shown with.

1. 33" X 6.5' all welded steel frame base stand & painted

2. Hydraulic ram with pump  7.5 Hp 220V 3 phase.

3. Two way hand valve with bypass preset SAFETY [for controlling the main press UP & DOWN]

4. Tee slot rails adjustable 10' long on out feed side of press with adjustable locking stop block.

5. All punches / shear knife / matrix are made of high quality hardened tool steel.

6. All slide rods on main press and die press are hardened steel & bushings are supplied with grease fittings.

7. Press plates and die plates are made of all ground steel.

8. Power box push button ON & OFF with reset [lower left side of machine]

9. Base frame stand feet pads are threaded for adjuster bolts 1/2"-13 [for uneven floors]

10. LEXAN safety glass bolted in place on 4 sides of machine with thru holes in place for greasing machine.
